If it happens that you’re unable to attend any of the sessions at the scheduled time, you can always transfer your event to another slot. You can do this by sending an email to support@taxknowledgehub.com. While sending the mail, remember to provide the participant’s name and contact details – this will help us reach out to them.Further, all of our events are recorded and made available online. So, if you’d like to view a missed event, you can simply call us, and we’ll make all the necessary arrangements.

We upload all the material to the website 24 hours prior the the stipulated time of an audio conference. If you’ve enrolled yourself for a conference, you’ll receive all the required instructions, as soon as the material is uploaded, along with a password that will help you access the material

Once the audio conference has ended, we will provide you with a link that contains a survey form. Using that form, you can submit your valuable feedback which will be kept under due consideration for the next conferences.
