Refund and Cancellation Policy
At Tax Knowledge Hub, we value our participants and strive to provide a fair and transparent refund process. Please review the following policy regarding cancellations, non-attendance, technical issues, and refund procedures.
1. Cancellations by Participants
Participants who wish to cancel their registration for a webinar must notify Tax Knowledge Hub in writing—either via email or through the registration platform—at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled webinar date to receive a full refund.
Cancellations made within 4 hours before the scheduled webinar may be eligible for a partial refund or a credit toward a future webinar. Such decisions will be made at the discretion of Tax Knowledge Hub based on the circumstances of each case.
2. Non-Attendance
No refunds will be issued for registrants who fail to attend a webinar without providing prior notice. Participants who are unable to attend may, however, contact Tax Knowledge Hub to explore eligibility for a credit toward a future webinar.
3. Technical Issues
If technical difficulties originating from Tax Knowledge Hub prevent a registered participant from accessing or attending a live webinar, the participant may request a full refund or credit toward a future session. Requests must be submitted within five (5) business days following the scheduled event.
4. Refund Process
Refunds will be processed within seven (7) business days from the date the refund request is received. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment unless otherwise arranged. Participants will receive a confirmation once the refund has been completed.
5. Exceptions
Tax Knowledge Hub reserves the right to make exceptions to this policy in cases involving extenuating circumstances, such as verified medical emergencies or other unavoidable situations. Such exceptions will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
