Return Policy

Cancellations by Participants:

Participants who wish to cancel their registration for a webinar must notify Tax Knowledge Hub in writing (via email or through the registration platform) at least 24 Hours prior to the scheduled webinar date to receive a full refund.

Cancellations made 4 Hours before the webinar date may be eligible for a partial refund or credit towards a future webinar, subject to Tax Knowledge Hub ‘s discretion.

Non-attendance:

No refunds will be issued for registrants who do not attend a webinar without prior notification.

Technical Issues:

In the event of technical difficulties on the part of Tax Knowledge Hub  that prevent a registered participant from accessing the webinar, a full refund or credit towards a future webinar may be issued upon request.

Refund Process:

Refunds will be processed within 7 business days from the date of the refund request.

Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment unless otherwise specified.

Exceptions:

Tax Knowledge Hub  reserves the right to make exceptions to this policy on a case-by-case basis, taking into account extenuating circumstances.
